When you first log in and you see the "Dashboard", you see the new post function and right next to it is "Manage Posts".
When you see the list of posts you have made, just click "edit post". And change the title..??
Also..your photo is cut off because the template only lets the sidebar be a certain width.
You have to manually upload a smaller sized photo!
