Today we ventured out to do some sight-seeing. As soon as we got to Westminster of course it started to rain! So our travels were cut short but we did get to see some amazing things. Westminster Abbey and the Big Ben....something that everybody should see. The intricate structure of the building is striking.
We are hating the weather because it is ALWAYS cloudy and can rain whenever God saids so. This is not summer, and all we bought here are our summer clothes.....
Everything is so expensive. Today we went to a Korean supermarket to buy some essentials. Oppa's fave Shin Ramen, 60p a packet! Equates to about $1.80 AUD. We can't afford to bu kim chi, about $15AUD for 500g. I feel that I am going to be forced to be a fabulous cook..... I could so dig some kim-chi chigae right now......:(
